Papertrey Ink – Into the Blooms: Acorns Cardmaking Inspiration and Tutorial

Hey there, awesome cardmaking crafters!

Hope your day is going as “delightful” as a cat trying to fit into a shoebox! Fall is almost here, and it’s time to get ready for the endless beauty of Autumn colored leaves, sunflowers and falling acorns. Today, I’m letting my creativity loose with the Papertrey Ink Into the Blooms: Acorns Die and the This is Big Sentiments: Thankful Stamp and Die set.

These sets are getting along better than my houseplants and my questionable gardening skills. I created a background of yellow tone on tone leaves, and I love the outcome. Don’t forget to drop by the Papertrey Ink Shop and check out the latest Release! The process video is down below or HERE🙂

I created my background by die cutting the two large leaves in the Into the Blooms: Acorns Die set and filling the entire card base with them. I created a focal point with the acorns & berries too. I stamped and die cut a my greeting with Spring Moss and Dark Chocolate cardstock and placed them under the acorns. I finished my card by adding Glossy Accents to the berries and a few Green gems for sparkle.
