Hello, Crafty Friends!

Everyone and their neighbor will probably use this month’s Spellbinders Large Die to build a traditional orange pumpkin car. But today, we are breaking the rules of autumn color palettes.

Meet the “Boo Mobile”—a gorgeous pumpkin-shaped vehicle that I decided to paint a delightful shade of teal. Sitting comfortably in the driver’s seat is a ghost styled in soft chiffon, completely ignoring the unspoken law that spirits must only travel at midnight. Instead, our translucent friend is enjoying a leisurely joyride on a beautifully sunny afternoon.

To bring the whole neighborhood together, I also brought in some beautiful textures using the Embossing Folder Club and added the perfect sentiment from the Clear Stamp & Die Club. If you have been looking for a sign to mix up your card layouts and try something wonderfully different, this is it!
