Alex Syberia Designs – Lush Peony Bouquet

Happy Saturday, everyone!

There is something satisfying about waking up a machine that’s been resting on the shelf for a season. Today, we are dusting off the dust bunnies on the Glimmer machine. Seeing that first shimmer of foil felt like rediscovering a lost treasure. I forgot how pretty it is!

This piece started with the Alex Syberia Designs Lush Peony Bouquet, but it quickly turned into a love letter to the 1930s. By pairing soft peachy cardstock with a palette of sage, chocolatey browns, and dusty pinks, the flowers took on the soul of hand-painted antique wallpaper. While the design looks like a delicate single layer, there is a secret to the depth within the petals that I will show you in this tutorial. Enjoy!

So grab your favorite cuppa and let’s dive into it together! Here’s to a day filled with sunshine, smiles, and endless creativity, where every moment holds the potential for creativity and discovery! Let’s embrace what we love to make and share them with the people we love! Crafty hugs, Tina ❤
