Cardmaking In 5 Easy Steps – Cards & Coffee Time – March 20, 2026
Hi and welcome lovely cardmakers! There’s something about a well-placed tulip that just feels like a whisper of spring, isn’t there? Today, I’m thrilled to be part of the Simon Says Stamp “In My Heart” Day 1 Blog Hop, sharing a dainty design project that came together beautifully.

The moment I saw the Fresh Crocus Duo, I knew they needed a home within the elegant lines of the Scalloped Arches and Frames. To tie the whole look together, I reached for the Everlasting Flowers Embossing Folder. The way those tiny, connected blooms mimic the shape of tulips created the perfect “garden wall” backdrop for my card.
I’ve broken down the creation process into 5 simple, bite-sized steps so you can recreate this look at home.

Tina, this card is the latest example of your talent and creativity. This card is an absolute stunner, everything about it is pure perfection, the design, the colors and the way you paired some fabulous new Simon products together to achieve such a fabulous card. Your five easy steps videos are so welcoming, you break down the process so well & show that making a beautiful card need not be overwhelming or time consuming yet the results leave one thinking you spent hours and hours making “just the right card” for the lucky recipient. You’ve made so many stunning cards but this one has found it’s way into one of my top favorites.
