A Let’s Celebrate Card with the Papertrey Ink Occasional Cupcakes Stamp Set!

I created my background by stamping cherries all over it with the fun Occasional Cupcakes Stamp Set. I die cut 2 of the scallop circles from the Love to Layer: Soft Scallops die set, ink blending True Black polka dots on the largest one with the Perfect Presents Stencils. I created a cherry cupcake with the Occasional Cupcakes Stamp set placing it in the center. Adding True Black Party Plaid ribbon down the center of an A2 panel of Pure Poppy Cardstock. I stamped my greeting from the Birthday Your Way II Stamp and used the coordinating die to cut it out. I finished my card by adding Glossy Accents over the cherry on the cupcake.
