A Fall Thank You card with the Papertrey Ink Fun Frames Leaves & Love to Layer Leaves Die Sets!
Hello crafty friends! Get ready to fall head over leaves for the @Papertrey Ink Love to Layer Leaves & Fun Frames: Leaves Die Sets, they are new, part of the FABULOUS August release! The intricate details of the leaves bring a rustic charm to this heartfelt creation. Who’s ready to embrace the cozy vibes of fall! I created my card by first creating a card front using woodgrain patterned paper from the Papertrey Ink Share Your HeArt: Basket of Blossoms Patterned Paper Collection, trimming it to an A2 Panel (4.25×5.5). I adhered it to my cardbase and wrapped Natural Twine around the bottom of it. I used the same patterned paper for my greeting from the Give Thanks Sentiments Stamp set, I fussy cut around it.
I die cut 4 of the smallest leaves from the Love to Layer Leaves Die set with, Harvest Gold, Ripe Avocado Orange Zest and Scarlet Jewel Cardstock, ink blended some fall colors of ink on the edges. I used Scarlet Jewel, Dark Chocolate and Canyon Clay Inks for that, adding water splatter for a bit of a rustic look. I die cut the Fun Frames: Leaves with white cardstock and used the same colors of ink on it.
I placed Scarlet Jewel Cardstock behind the frame and added my die cut leaves in the corners. I popped up it up with foam adhesive placed my greeting in the center. I placed a Vintage Button in the corner, tied a bow and added a few Clear Gems for finishing touches. I love the way it turned out and hope you do to! Cards and Coffee Time 
I agree, there is a rustic charm to the card. The colors have a bit of autumn to them but you have managed to soften it with purple/pink and against the woodgrain makes a impact. Not to forget the twine, it was perfect. I have to say you are so GOOD at what you do and wish you made a video with every card, But I understand that´s not possible. But I appreciate what you do 🙂 So thank you for your hard work.
