Hello Crafty Friends!  Welcome to my Blog, thanks for joining us for Day 1 of the Simon Says Stamp Blog Hop celebrating the amazing Dear Friend Release. You will be surprised at how easy it is to color in this beautiful background peony on vellum! I am using two of the new Pawsitively Saturated Ink Cube sets, the Pink Blooms Set and Gray Skies Set to do the coloring. This card was super easy to create and one that would be great for mass producing. The Simon Says Stamp Background Peony Stamp and the Reverse Encouraging Words Sentiment Strips make it effortless. 1. Gorgeous card! I love the way you ink blended this floral image on vellum- such a pretty effect! And, the thread is a nice touch!

  2. I love your card. The vellum is such a good idea. And I like the colors you used. I am so glad Simon Says made mini cubes.

  3. I loved your cards. The flowers look so realistic when colored and three dimensional. Great job and this is a great stamp set. Thanks for sharing your talents with us.

  4. Beautiful, quick and fun card using this gorgeous peony stamp and vellum! Fabulous layers and textures!

  5. I was wondering why they released pink and grey together for the ink cubes. Now I know- they work together beautifully!
