A Christmas card with Papertrey Ink Sending Joy.

Hello crafty friends! I hope you are having a beautiful day! Tina here, getting a head start on my holiday cardmaking and sharing a Christmas in July project that features the Papertrey Ink Sending Joy Stamp and Coordinating Sending Joy Die set. I love layers and the Elegant Edges: Lace Die set was that perfect backdrop for my holly, pine needles and pine cones:) I wanted to add non-traditional color to my project, the Hawaiian Shores Cardstock in the background was a fun alternative.

I used 2 inks for the holly leaves, Simply Chartreuse for the base and then edged it with Ripe Avocado. My pinecones were created the same was with Honey Nut and Dark Chocolate. Bringing back the non traditional colors by adding Aqua Mist to my pine needles. For added detail I tied a bow at the top of my project with Chocolate Bakers Twine.
