Today I Celebrate You card with the PhotoPlay – Say It with Stamps Balloons and Big Dots!

Hello and Happy Tuesday Crafty Friends!  Today I am sharing a fun celebration Card idea that would be great for anuy occasion where balloons are involved:) I am featuring a the Balloons Stencil along with the coordinating Balloons Dies. I created my background with the fabulous Big Dots Background Stamp too! They are all from Photoplay’s – Say It with Stamps Series.  I hope you like it as much as I do!
