A Birthday Card for anyone with the FSJ Birthday Pop Stamp set!

Hello and Happy Tuesday Crafty Friends!  Today I am sharing a universal Birthday Card idea that would be great for just about anyone:) I am featuring a stamp set from FSJ-Spellbinders Birthday Pop Stamp Set .  Sometimes I love creating cards using my ink pads for images rather than a coloring them with markers. I can create right way quick and easy!! There are so many fun balloons with patterns in this set, the sky is the limit!!
