Adding dimension to a one layer Background Stamp!

Hello Crafty Friends!  This month the Simon Says Stamp Shop is celebrating and introducing a Brand New Release called “Rainbows“, the project I made today is using one of the items in this amazing release.  For my background I used the New Shine On Background Stamp with some sunshiny colors of Distress Oxide Inks. I created some dimension by die cutting the face of the sun with a circle die and replaced it with a double layer of foam tape.
