Puppy Mail –  Stained Glass Hello Card

Hello Crafty Friends, Happy Tuesday to you!  Today I get to share with you one of the new stamp sets over at the Gerda Steiner Shop. Yay!! This is the Puppy Mail stamp set, it is so much fun and I just love the original sentiments in this set!   I love the stained glass look on cards and thought the Line of Hearts Die would work beautifully, I have had it for years and am not sure if it is still available but any outline die can be used to create this fun effect:)
