Hello Crafty Friends! Today I am sharing with you the Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month for February 2020. The February Glimmer Plate Kit is called “Art Studio Glimmer”, this set has 3 glimmer plates and 3 cutting dies that coordinate with the theme.
