Winter Just Because Card Tutorial

Hello and Happy Monday Crafty Friends!  Today for my LDRS Creative Design Team Project I am sharing a winter scene card made with the fun Otterly Loveable stamp set🙂along with the Coordinating Otterly Loveable Dies.  I just looove the Mama otter with her babies and thought of my girls right away, and that means I have to add a bit of sparkle too:) I hope you like it!
