Cardmaking in 5 Easy Steps – January 30, 2026 – Cards & Coffee Time
Hey everyone! Today I’m putting together a neutral card that’s super easy to flip into a masculine design in just five steps. Let’s get into it!
Step 1: We’re starting off by making three little vases.
Step 2: I’m adding a brick pattern—it’s the perfect way to add some cool detail behind the main focus.
Step 3 & 4: I’m using the Woven Stripes stamp set. It’s awesome because you get a great background and sweet greetings all in one go.
Step 5: To finish it off, I’m adding a pop of color with these new “Earthy Embrace” enamel dots from Altenew.
Thanks so much for hanging out with me. Let’s jump in and start crafting!

I used a few goodies from the Altenew January 2026 Release, including the Altenew Earthware Vases Die set and the Textured Blocks Embossing Folder work so well together in creating different textures for the die cuts.
Best part? This project is part of an Instagram Giveaway! 🥳 Run (don’t walk) over to my Instagram page to find the post, get the deets, and enter to win some crafty goodness. Enjoy the tutorial!
