Today, I used the Fantastic Front Scalloped Frame to create a quick and easy shaker card filled with rainbow moonshine. I created 2 middle size party hats complete with polka dots, pom poms and flowers. I stamped my greeting with the This is Big Sentiments: Birthday stamp set and finished my project with some festive streamers. I love how it turned out!
