Today we layered two Extravagant Floral frames together for our background. I created a bouquet of Blooming Beauties and die cut them out along with one of the lovely birthday greetings. I placed them on two smallest of the Love to Layer: Scalloped Ovals Dies and embellished with a few sparking gems. I love how it turned out! Watch the How-To video down below or CLICK HERE!
