Ombre & Gradients for the Pinkfresh Studio June 2024 Monthly Challenge!
Hello Wonderful Crafty Friends!
I’m thrilled to share a colorful card project for the Pinkfresh Studio 2024 June Challenge. This month’s theme is all about Ombre and/or Gradients. I created a gradient colorful ink blended background with a rainbow of colors using the challenge colors as a guide and die cut out a panel that I created with the Stitched Rectangles Die set. I also used the New Border Stencil Set at the bottom with Opaque Texture Paste. I thought that it went well with the top layers of leaves that I created with the Foliage Shaker Die set.

I created a gradient from light to dark on the solid leaf, placing them wonkey on a foam tape just above the stenciled textured border. The inks I used are – Waterfall, Slumber, Sparkling Rose, Mimosa, Lemon Whip & Soft Lilac. I stamped my greeting with Detail Black Ink using the Happy Vibes Stamp set and placed it to the right of the card. I love how the ombre and gradient color flow and thought that Iridescent Clear Drops would pick up all the color facets on the background and leaves.
