A Thanksgiving card with the Papertrey Ink Build A Turkey Die Set!
Hello crafty friends! Gobble! Gobble! Who’s ready to embrace the cozy vibes of fall! My card today features the @PapertreyInk Build A Turkey Die Set, the Watercolor Plaid Stencil Collection and the Give Thanks Sentiments Stamp Set. I created my card by first creating an A2 card front with the Watercolor Plaid Stencil. I used Scarlet Jewell, Honey Nut, Canyon Clay and Hawaiian Shores inks. I diecut all my Build a Turkey images with white cardstock and ink blended the same colored I used for the background, adding Dark Chocolate to the edges and body for a vintage feel.

I layered lots of feathers for the turkey and instead of using the buckle on the hat that is in the die set, I created a belt for him with a thin strip of cardstock. I created a hill with white cardstock and placed it on the bottom of my cardbase. I stamped my greeting from the Give Thanks Sentiments Stamp set and heat embossed it on a piece of vellum.
I adhered my turkey just above the greeting and adhered the vellum panel in the center of the A2 card base. I added sparkle with ranger Diamond Stickles to the head feathers, the beak, the belt, the buckle and the feet of the turkey. I also added a few green Gems for finishing touches. I love the way it turned out and hope you do to! Check out the Papertrey Ink Shop and the latest Release Here!
