Happy Day Series 003

Today for my Happy Day Series I made a card with items I had in my stash.  To make this card, any long stem flower stamp you have would work great.  I used my distress oxide inks on vellum and I love the softness it added to this card.  You can watch how I made this card on my YouTube Channel here.  Or below the pictures:)  Sending YOU Ladybug Hugs, Tina

Hello Crafty friends:)  Today I am going outside my comfort zone and using Washi Tape, thru the years I have collected a basket full and decided to make 3 pretty cards with it:)  I think I did my Washi Tape justice by putting it on a card instead of on my card stock with a die to run it through my big shot:)  I hope this gives you an idea and inspiration on using your washi tape!  The tutorial on how I made these 3 cards is below and also on my YouTube Channel Just Click Here.  I hope you have a beautiful day!

Thanks for visiting, Hugs, Tina

Happy Day Series – Using What’s in Our Stash

Formerly… Happy Friday Series:)

Hello there, today for my Happy Friday Series….. well I renamed it to Happy Day Series Using What’s in Our Stash.   I want to let you guys know that I will be doing this series throughout the week now not just on Friday, so I changed the name to Happy Day Series but it’s always going to be using what’s in our stash.

Today I am inspired by my beautiful daughter Allie she had brought me in a bouquet of flowers in a mason jar from our back yard and I just loved it.   I thought I would make her a pretty bouquet and a thank you card using the supplies I had in my stash.  I used my distress inks to watercolor in the images and I love the way this turned out.  Pretty but not as pretty as she is:).  As always you can watch the tutorial on how I made this below or on my YouTube channel Just Click Here.

Have A Lovely day!  Hugs, Tina

“Friendships are sewn one stitch at a time”

Hello & Happy Friday to You!  Today for my Happy Friday Series – Using Whats in Our Stash, I created a cute as a button friendship card.  This series is all about using what we have in our stash.  Sometimes we forget about the wonderful & lovely paper pads, stamp sets, embellishments and other goodies we have collected through out time.  I decided to dust off those things and create some cards using them.  This is a great card to making using scraps of paper that are cut into strips creating a quilted like effect.  You can watch how I created this card on my YouTube channel,.  Just click HERE.

Wishing you a day filled with Love, Laughter and Friendship!

Hugs, Tina

I hope this inspires you to use the supplies you have in your stash to create beautiful cards.  Have a great weekend!

Happy Friday Series – Lawn Fawn – Get Well Soon

Using What’s In Our Stash

Hello Friends,  today I made a card starting with the stamp set from Lawn Fawn called Get Well Soon. I broke out one of my older border punches to make the background along with an older paper pad from my stash to finish it off.   I added a red and white gingham ribbon bow with a Brad and colored the adorable images using my alcohol markers.

I know we all love NEW stamp sets, there are so many beautiful ones out there.  But sometimes the ones we have in our stash are just as nice plus remind us why we bought them in the first place.  And as always you can watch my tutorial on how I made this card on my YouTube channel.  Have a lovely day and happy crafting!
